Jedi Fallen Order sequel could already be in the works
Jedi Fallen Order was a mixed bag for us here at Gayming Magazine, particularly Aimee who was far from impressed with the game’s lack of female voices or the bland protagonist that came with it. A Jedi Fallen Order sequel still may be enough to pique our interest, however.
Regardless of our own opinions, it seems that the developer behind Jedi Fallen Order, Respawn, has posted three new job openings, with all of them specifically mentioning that they’ll be on a team dedicated to Star Wars.
We found this out thanks to GamesRadar, who also mentioned that the posts mention the game being a “third-person action/adventure game,” which seems to fit Jedi Fallen Order to a T.
Jedi Fallen Order sold pretty well too, so it wouldn’t be a huge surprise if a sequel came out for the game. Again, we’re not convinced that we want a sequel that follows Cal once again, but we’re still incredibly invested in finding out more about the time after the Jedi purge.
With the ending of Jedi Fallen Order being rather open, if there was to be a sequel, then whether we would pick up straight after the ending is a question worth answering. Let’s hope Respawn have those answers, because boy, we’re curious!
