Man I Love Fwogs unveils Game Changers roster
Ahead of the start of the Verizon VCT Game Changers on Thursday, Valorant squad Man I Love Fwogs announced the roster they will be playing with for the event in an attempt to qualify for the league’s first LAN event in Berlin, Germany this November.
The current MILF roster consists of:
- Katie “dnos” (controller)
- MelJ (initiator)
- Sandy “dip” (duelist)
- Esme “Esme” Phillips (controller)
- Lina “ragingpenguin” (sentinel)
Man I Love Fwogs have been a staple of the Game Changers and Game Changers Academy scenes since their inception. That said, they haven’t managed to rise to the top of that scene yet during their tenure, taking losses at the hands of the league’s top dogs like TSM X, Version1 X, Dignitas, Shopify Rebellion, and CLG Red.
The new version of this roster hasn’t exactly had the strongest start in the North American Verizon VCT Game Changers series II open qualifiers so far. Out of the three, best-of-one matches they played during the first day of Swiss rounds, they only won one. They took a victory against fellow unsigned squad Give it a Shot in the first round, before subsequently losing to TSM X and Ariana Grande Perfume in the next two.
Luckily for Man I Love Fwogs, the qualifier stage isn’t over yet. They’ll have another chance to rack up some wins during the second day of Swiss rounds on Friday. If they want to advance to the group stage, they’ll need to pull out some victories, as only the top 24 teams out of the 48 that are participating will move on. If MILF do manage to qualify and continue to the group stage, they’ll face the other qualified teams in a double elimination bracket to see who can advance to the main event.
