Among Us outsells Star Wars: Squadrons
Among Us, the multiplayer game where you can screw over your friends without a care in the world, has managed to outsell Star Wars: Squadrons, the newest game from EA. Not just the one edition of Squadrons either, but the pre-order version of the game as well!
This news comes from PC Games Insider, who have stated that this is the third week in a row that Innersloth’s game has been a hit on Steam. It’s not hard to see why, especially with how social media has made memes, videos and fanart about the game. There’s even been a case of ‘shipping’ between the Astronauts. Strange, but who are we to judge?
Among Us has been dominating Twitch as of late, with 30-60k viewers daily. It has slowed down since our last reporting of the game, but popular streamers are still hooked on Innersloth’s murderous game and it still beats out popular games like Fall Guys and Overwatch in terms of viewership.
