The Textorcist gets a new visit from Krampus in this holiday update
In a game where you use the power of text to defeat the demons of the world, it really should be no surprise that in The Textorcist, Ray Bibbia, exorcist and all-round good guy, is getting a very special visit from a festive demon.
That’s right, it’s the one, the only, Krampus.
If you don’t know what the Textorcist is, it follows the story of Ray Bibbia, an old fellow and private exorcist who deals with demons on the daily. Only he isn’t exactly so squeaky clean himself, so some of these demons are a lot more personal than he’d like them to be.
The aim of the game is to type and dodge bullets, which is a lot harder than it looks. Typing up the words shown on your screen will cause damage to your enemies, but you must be fast – the demons you’ll face are incredibly trigger happy.
But now there’s more to do even after you’ve put away all the demons you can find. With the holidays coming up, Ray Bibbia finds himself unwrapping a present that doesn’t contain his new socks but Krampus himself.
How will he defeat this evil? The only way to know is to grab the game for yourself and find out for yourself.
