DON’T NOD launches Harmony: The Fall of Reverie
DON’T NOD is well-known for its weird and wonderful tales of emotionally-driven adventures, such as Life is Strange and Vampyr. In that regard, Harmony: The Fall of Reverie looks to be no different.
Players take on the role of Polly, a young woman who returns home in search of her missing mother. Along the way, Polly discovers that she possesses the gift of clairvoyance – which allows her to connect to the world of Reverie. Reverie is a different world from the norm, where Polly is no longer Polly, but Harmony – a divine being.
The goal for players is to play as Harmony and attempt to restore balance between the normal, human world and that of Reverie. However, players won’t be alone in their task. Far from it. There will be other divine beings (known as Aspirations) that will accompany you on your adventure. They are known as: Glory, Bliss, Power, Chaos, Bond, and Truth. With so many Aspirations, players will need to choose which will be the new heart of humanity and change the course of destiny.
Alongside its stylish and futuristic aesthetic, Harmony: The Fall of Reverie also comes with a fascinating universe to explore, as well as a compelling soundtrack from Leina Raine, an award-winning composer who has worked on queer and inclusive video games, such as Celeste.
Harmony: The Fall Of Reverie is available to play now on PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch. The game will release for other consoles on June 22.
