Adventuring with Pride: Queer We Go Again available now
Mamma Mia, queer we go again on yet another adventure!
That’s right, Adventuring with Pride: Queer We Go Again is here, and offers a selection of brand new queer fun for you and your adventuring buddies.
Adventuring with Pride: Queer We Go Again acts as a sequel to the original tabletop adventure from Jack Dixon, which is a queer supplement for players of Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition. With this new book from Dixon, players will get to host their very own LGBTQ+ stories, NPCs, and locations, which means yes, you can insert a drag bar into the city of Waterdeep if you damn well want to!
This new supplement features three brand new characters: a fierce, pansexual social media Warlock gnome; an adorable bungling barista Wizard; and a passionate trans activist Tiefling Fighter. And you can put these characters to the test through a story campaign, one that is split over four one-shot adventures and can be played individually or one after the other to make up your very own queer adventure. You’ve got a white wedding, a Rennaissance Faire, and so much more to explore.
But that’s not all, the book features a variety of different tools to help you bring queerness into your adventures. For example, there are three subclasses from levels 1 to 20, one for each character (Warlock, Fighter, Wizard); a detailed Random Encounters table with a full cast of queer characters; and a cornucopia of magical and mundane items for use in your own homebrew adventures.
Currently the supplement is only available digitally, but pre-orders of physical editions are available at The Pocket Workshop. In fact, if you purchase the hardback version of Queer We Go Again, 50% of the profits will be donated directly to the LGBT+ charity Stonewall.
