Hand-painted gardening sim Pocket Oasis launches in May
On January 24, developers knit’n’purl and Miracle Tea announced that its upcoming, hand painted gardening sim Pocket Oasis will launch on Steam May 8.
Pocket Oasis allows players to cultivate their own little balcony garden in one of three hand painted European settings. Each of these settings has its own unique weather conditions that you will have to take into account while caring for your plants. They also have unique background music. You’ll have access to a variety of plants that you can grow in your garden, just make sure to note their specific care needs! As your plants grow and produce fruit, you can sell it to earn money for new furniture, pets, and of course, more plants. This is meant to be a very chill, almost idle game, so you won’t find puzzles or timed events in Pocket Oasis.
“It was such a great experience creating Pocket Oasis. It is the first game we’ve ever made, and the entire thing would not have been possible without my team,” said co-founder Luciana Viganò. “I am so proud of our work. From the beautiful hand-painted artwork to our unique weather and climate data system, it was amazing to see all these elements come together and bring our vision to life. I am excited to share the game with everyone!”
Pocket Oasis is planned to release on PC via Steam on May 8, 2024.
