Square Enix Marvel’s Avengers to show off co-op next month
Marvel’s Avengers will be getting it’s very own stream next month to show off how co-op will work. Currently, we’ve only seen how single-player will work in-game, so this is an exciting new development that we can’t wait to see play out.
The announcement came from a tweet from the official Marvel’s Avengers Twitter account. It was here that it was explained that the stream would be called Marvel’s Avengers WAR TABLE, and that we’d be able to witness new gameplay, as well as co-op on June 24th.
This small snippet from Twitter only included a few bits and piece of new gameplay, but it was more than enough to provide proof that Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics are still working hard even during these troubling times.
This new Avengers game was received rather hesitantly when it was first revealed at E3 last year for a variety of reasons: the characters didn’t look memorable enough, the combat seemed lacking, etc. However, when Gayming Magazine went and previewed the game for ourselves back at EGX, we had nothing but positive things to say.
Remember Avengers, put June 24th in your calendars or you may just miss out on the first of Square Enix’s WAR TABLE stream.
