Castlevania Symphony of the Night is now on mobile
Castlevania Symphony of the Night on mobile? Well, fangs for making our day 1000% better than it originally was, Konami! After all, what’s a Wednesday without a little blood-sucking, eh? No blood-sucking makes Gayming Magazine a dull publication.
What makes this news even more exciting is that, not only is this great game available on iOS and Android, but for the low, low price of £2.99. That’s such a bargain for one of the best Castlevania games, and we’d personally be staked to give it a try on our mobiles.
Extremely bad vampire puns aside, Castlevania Symphony of the Night was first released back in 1997 and while it didn’t have too great of sales, it’s become a fan-favorite all the same. Players being able to experience it, maybe even for the first time, on mobile are in for a treat.
According to The Verge, the only real ‘downside’ is that the mobile port is based on the PS4 and PSP version rather than the original. It’s up to you whether that’s actually something to be sad about or not.
However, this comes as a great time for a release on mobile, as the third season of the Castlevania animated series is out tomorrow on Netflix. If you haven’t watched it yet, then you’re definitely missing out.
