LGBTQ Cosplay Music Video Drops!

We’re hugely proud to share with you an awesome LGBTQ cosplay music video which was recorded at MCM Comic Con in London in May 2019. The video is set to ‘Hold Hands’ by queer R&B artist Lordin.

The video was shot by The Heartless Lens, a cosplay music video channel on YouTube.

“Our aim from the beginning has been to show elements of the cosplay community that are underrepresented”

Connor and Lizzie, Founders of The Heartless Lens.

“The reason we chose the LGBTQ+ community is that, while we ourselves do not identify as LGBTQ, we are both strong allies. The two of us work in theatre, and, as such, have very close connections to the strong LGBTQ+ community that thrives within the theatre world. Through this, we’ve both seen just how underrepresented the LGBTQ+ community can be, and really wanted to do something to help bring that lack of representation to an end. On top of this, we knew the video would be coming out in Pride Month, so what better time?!”

Lordin is a London-based queer R&B artist who is starting to take the music world by storm. He lent his hugely empowering track ‘Hold Hands’ to the video and you can listen to more of Lordin’s music by checking out his SoundCloud
