Killing Floor 2 gets Pride cosmetics
Killing Floor 2 is a first-person shooter from Saber Interactive and Tripwire Interactive and, for the most part, hasn’t really sparked any interest from us. But that’s about to change, thanks to the 4-year old game’s Spring 2020 cosmetics getting revealed on Reddit. And we don’t mean just any old cosmetics — we mean Pride cosmetics.
Pride cosmetics have been a ‘thing’ that’s slowly been addressed by a variety of different video games. It was only last year that Gears of War 5 included nineteen different banners that let you show off your pride to the world. For us gaymers out there, it was an amazing addition — even if a very vocal minority was against it.
The Killing Floor 2 pride cosmetics were leaked a while back on Reddit by user, ANoobSniper. According to their post, the Spring 2020 cosmetics would include not just a rainbow cosmetic, but trans, ace, lesbian and more cosmetics. No matter who you are, you’ll be able to show your Pride as you game.
Below, you can see a few of these cosmetics for yourself.
Killing Floor 2 released back in 2016, and is a sequel to the 2008 game. Cosmetics are able to be purchased, which means that unfortunately these skins will be locked behind microtransactions. However, if you don’t mind spending a little bit of dough to show off your pride, the option is at least there for you.
