Wholesome Games sale hits Steam at the end of July
On Tuesday, Wholesome Games announced that it will be hosting a celebration on the Steam storefront from July 31 – August 7, allowing players to purchase games the collective has promoted that are already released for a significant discount, and to wishlist upcoming titles.

@Steam,” the Wholesome Games Twitter account wrote.
WG is an online community that curates indie games based on their perceived feelings of comfort, compassion, and coziness. They have put on the Wholesome Direct, a showcase for these curated titles, for the past few years during the Summer Games Fest events. Many of the included games have been created by LGBTQ+ developers/feature LGBTQ+ themes, such as Witch Beam’s Unpacking, Mail Time, Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus and Butterfly, Kaichu: A Kaiju Dating Sim, Princess Farmer, and We Are OFK.
This Steam event will feature dozens of indie games across various genres, including multiplayer and co-op titles. The page is also cleanly organized into different categories, like games with demos, or those that work well on Steam Deck, making it easy to find whatever you’re looking for, or to browse and find something new to buy or wishlist.
