Dragon Age reunites fans with Fenris in a new comic from Dark Horse Comics
Dark Horse Comics have done well by the Dragon Age community. They’ve released amazing comics such as The Silent Grove, Knight Errant, and Mage Killer. These comics have introduced new characters, as well as brought some old ones back into the fold.
This time it’s the latter, as fans will reunite with their beloved broody elf, Fenris. Fenris appeared in Dragon Age 2, and is one of the main companion’s of Hawke, as well as a romance option for them.
As fans know from previous interactions with the elf, he isn’t the nicest (and with good reason) towards mages. No matter whether you decide to be his rival or friend, Fenris still has some ill-will towards some of them.
According to Dark Horse Comics, this story about Fenris is called Blue Wraith and will contain three-issues. Here is how the comic is described below:
“Dragon Age: Blue Wraith starts off with the fanatical Qunari seeking to topple the Tevinter mageocracy. Caught in the middle, one powerful young mage’s desperate search for her father brings her face-to-face with a notorious mage hunter—Fenris, the Blue Wraith.”
It’s been a while since fans have seen Fenris, but many have speculated that he will be in the next Dragon Age due to his ties to the Tevinter Imperium. Considering that this comic looks to be set in Tevinter, perhaps there is some truth to this possibility.
Regardless, the comic is set to come out sometime in January, which leaves Dragon Age fans plenty of time to save up.
