Story of Seasons expansion pass adds new Yukata outfits and quest
Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town may not have ticked all the right boxes for us, but it’s hard to deny that the expansion pass has added nothing but new, fun, and interactive things to do – including new outfits and exciting quests.
The expansion pass for Story of Seasons has five different parts. The first part added the ‘Animal Attire’ costume for both the protagonist and marriage candidates, as well as the ‘Olive Town Mystery Files’ sub-scenario.
The second part added the ‘Windswept Falls Expansion Pack’ – a new home area for players to explore and meet four new characters (and marriage candidates) from past Story of Season games. The second part also added the ‘School Uniform’ attire for the protagonist and marriage candidates.
Story of Seasons third part added just one thing: The ‘Terracotta Oasis Expansion Pack’. With this pack, Marvelous added an exotic, oasis home to the game and included two more marriage candidates from previous games. We’ll be sure to update our Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town romance guide to help players know just who they can marry from the expansion pass.
This leads us to the latest addition. Part 4, now available today, will gift players the ‘Yukata Outfit’ costume for both the protagonist, as well as their spouse. It will also unlock ‘The Legendary Sprite Dance’ – a sub-scenario (quest) that has the Earth Sprite Village play a huge role. We won’t spoil what the quest is about, but we hope you’ve got your dancing shoes on!
The Story of Seasons expansion content is only available to those who have purchased it, so if you don’t have any of the content mentioned above then it’s highly likely you’ve not brought the DLC. To do so, head on over to the Nintendo Switch store, grab the pass and go to town with a variety of new things to do.
Story of Seasons final part of the expansion pass will be released sometime in August, 2021.
