Square Enix promises a closer look at Life is Strange: True Colors at E3

Life is Strange: True Colors is set to come out on September 10th, and for a game that’s only 3 months away we seem to know quite a lot about it. At least on the surface anyway. And we’re about to know more next week, as Life is Strange: True Colors will be looked at during Square Enix’s presentation at E3, June 13th at 8:15 pm BST.

The release date of the E3 event, as well as its time, was revealed via Square Enix’s official Twitter account where the published stated that there would be a closer look at Life is Strange: True Colors during their presentation.

Life is Strange: True Colors follows the protagonist, a young woman called Alex Chen. She’s had a rough past due to her power of Empathy, and how she often can feel emotions yes, but also affect them. With all this in mind, she wants a new start at life and so moves to the small town of Haven Springs to be with her brother. However he mysteriously dies, and it’s up to Alex and her new friends Steph and Ryan to figure out if his death was truly an accident or not.

Life is Strange: True Colors isn’t the only game being looked at during the Square Enix E3 presentation, however. There will be a world premiere from Eidos Montreal, the studio behind games like Tomb Raider and Marvel’s Avengers. According to well-respected reporter Jason Schreier, the premiere will show off the studio’s new Guardians of the Galaxy video game. Sorry Deux Ex fans, maybe another time.

The new Marvel’s Avengers expansion, as well as BABYLON’S FALL – a project developed in partnership by Square Enix and Platinum Games, will also be present during the showcase.

To find out more information, be sure to check out the official Square Enix E3 presentation when it airs June 13th.
