Animal Crossing Update 1.1.4 makes Easter Eggs appear less
If you’ve been playing Animal Crossing as obsessively as we have, you’ll probably have realized that the Animal Crossing Easter event update has had a certain effect on a variety of people. We, of course, mean that everyone is sick and tired of all the bloody Easter eggs that have been crammed in every nook and cranny.
Rocks, fish, trees, the ground, and even the damn sky — there has been little to no escape from the egg menace that has plagued our islands. However thanks to the new 1.1.4 Animal Crossing update, it looks as though we may not see these eggs as much we previously did.
The official update notes can be found below:
Collected Animal Crossing Update Data, Ver 1.1.4
Bug Fixes: Fixed a bug that caused Rex Kurushima to receive “Platinum Kogane” and pass different items to different models.
Balance Adjustment: During the Easter event, the appearance rate of some eggs have been adjusted until April 11, 2020. Eggs are easier to collect on April 12, 2020 – the day of Easter.
The update doesn’t include too much outside of the egg update, which makes us wonder if Nintendo really were just adamant about trying to get rid of as many egg appearances as soon as possible. After all, social media were more than vocal about how much the eggs were bothering us.
