What kind of games do you primarily stream?
RPG, Indie, Horror, Strategy, Action/Adventure, Cozy, Platformers, Metroidvania, Variety
What specific games can your audience expect to see when you stream?
We’ll make each other play our favorite video games, so the lineup will vary significantly. Though Matthew tends to love any game when you can romance a companion, and Ian loves a Zelda or fantasy RPG.
What’s the most memorable moment you’ve had on stream?
We started streaming right after *cough* that election. When it felt like queer-empowering spaces were dimming. But this community grew SO QUICKLY and we specifically recall one stream opening up about the fear we were all feeling, but how we were using the internet to stay connected with each other and support each other and just how thankful all of us were (Matthew cried, whoops) to have each other in a time when we really needed it (and still do)!
If you could collaborate with any other streamer, who would it be and why?
We actually currently do collab with a crew we call “Fruit Salad & co.” It consists of @TheBackseatGaymers, @MusicalFinesse, @Botanical_Bekah, and @HylianPeaPod! We’re all close friends with our own interconnected community, all very welcoming to all people (LGBTQ, neurodivergent, and more!). Our own little MCU of Twitch.
What is your favorite game of all time and why?
We started dating over a shared love of Kingdom Hearts. Though, Matthew would say his favorite game is Outer Wilds (the first game we ever played on this channel), and Ian would say Ocarina of Time. Fun fact, Matthew played Ocarina of Time for the first time in college because he had a crush on Ian.
How would you describe your streaming style in three words?
Queer, chaotic, and yappy
What is your streaming schedule?
Twice a week, generally Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings. However, we release official schedules every Monday. One day is dedicated to the game Matthew is making Ian play, and the other day is dedicated to the game Ian is making Matthew play.
