Kaichu: The Kaiju Dating Sim comes to PC and consoles this September
If you’ve ever wondered just what it’d be like for two Kaiju’s to kiss, then Kaichu: The Kaiju Dating Sim may just be the game for you.
Publisher Top Hat Studios Inc and developer Squiddershins announce today that this Kaiju dating simulator will release on September 7 this year, allowing players to step into the mighty big shoes of monsters who want nothing more but to to find love. Who knew that the dating scene between gigantic creatures was a thing?
Players will take on the role of adorable (and highly radioactive) Gigachu, a monster that wants to settle down with their soulmate. Thankfully, with up to 6 eligible Kaiju to choose from, there’s a variety of options.
Of course, finding love while being a creature capable of mass destruction means there’s going to be some difficulty. Thankfully, players will be guided by 2 loyal news anchors who are tracking the movements of Kaiju across the globe and will narrate just how the whole ‘dating’ thing is going. Players will also need to call on their expert analysis to figure out the likes and dislikes of each eligible bachelor/bachelorette, as well as what their quirk is.
Kaichu features an extensive world map with a choice of over 24 unique locations for dates. Relationship success will depend on how well Gigachu’s answers match up to their partner’s desires, so it’s up to the player to learn more about the other kaiju and apply that knowledge during each destructive date.

Kaichu: The Kaiju Dating Sim will be available on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
