Twitch Con Amsterdam gets its first-ever Drag Showcase
Twitch Con Amsterdam, a convention that focuses on and celebrates all things live streaming and Twitch, will host its first-ever Drag Showcase this July.
The convention, which also has an event in San Diego this year, serves as an opportunity for content creators around the world to improve their stream quality, meet and greet fans, attend panels, and grow their brand. It has taken place in both America and Europe, with all of the American conventions happening in California, whilst the Europe side of the convention cycles between countries, with the first European Twitch Con taking place in Berlin.
This year, however, Twitch Con Amsterdam 2022 is set to make history with a Drag Showcase set to take place on Saturday 16th July at 6 pm CEST.
Run by hosts Nikkie_Stones and DonaTarte and taking place at the Glitch Theatre, fans will experience a Drag Show they’ve never ever experienced before – with incredible guests serving nothing but the best looks!
Participants for the Drag Show include AubreyWodonga, Eevoh, HeatherPhetish, Hungiexty, MargeMellow, MissCookieDoe, as well as the two hosts.
Other LGBTQIA+ orientated events and panels include:
- An LGBTQIA+ Chitchat – Saturday 16th July, 4:30pm CEST
- The Importance of Diversifying Your Network – Sunday 17th July, 3pm CEST
- Dona Tarte’s Drag, Delights, and Decorating – Sunday 17th July, 3PM CEST
- The Category is… DRAG! – Sunday 17th July, 5PM CEST
