An appreciation post for Gear Tactics’ Gabe Diaz

While Cyberpunk 2077 has left me with no digital eye candy, I was happy to find Mr. Gabriel Diaz in the new spin-off game, Gears Tactics. The former operative in the Coalition of Ordered Governments Arm, with the trademark white strip in his hair, is exactly the type of goods I need to find interest in the turn-based shooter.

Equal parts a marine and a healer, Gabe is the perfect human weapon and emotional supporter. One good scene with him in just a t-shirt and pants made me want to see more below his armor. And while he’s been mentioned in previous Gears of War games, it’s about time that he made his debut in the series.

It’s because of this that he deserves his own appreciation post!

Let me not forget to mention that Gabe is voiced by the equally delicious Noshir Dalal.

Developed by Splash Damage and The Coalition, Gears Tactics is currently available on XBox One, XBox Series X and Microsoft Windows.
