Baldur’s Gate 3 release date to be revealed 18th of August
Alas! The release date for Baldur’s Gate 3 early access has been revealed to not be this August. If you’ve been following our updates here on Gayming, you’ll know how much that pains us, as we’ve been very excited to see what Larian Studios has in store for the latest Baldur’s Gate.
But it isn’t all bad news. While the game won’t be releasing this August, Larian Studios have reassured fans that they will at least know when they can expect more information.
On Twitter, the studio stated, “Good news and bad news. BG3 won’t hit August, but it’s just around the corner. We’ll be announcing the release date, as well as big news on the Panel From Hell. Tune in Aug 18th.” The tweet also mentioned that they would be joined by Geoff Keighley, creator of The Game Awards, Swen Vincke, founder of Larian Studios, as well as the rest of the Larian team.
If you look at the official Baldur’s Gate 3 website, then it does reveal that the release date of early access will be announced at the panel. That’s not too long of a wait to find out when we should all book some time off, now is it?
