Stardew Valley gets a beautiful, eco-friendly Collector’s Edition for Switch and PC
Stardew Valley has had a number of limited physical releases for consoles and PC, and now it seems like once again the game will be getting another physical edition. If you ask us, we think that people should just go ahead and make physical copies already.
This time around it’s Fangamer who is taking charge of developing and distributing these new, physical editions of ConcernedApe’s aka Eric Barone, farming sensation. Not only are they offering just a standard edition, but a collector’s too and whew, does it look incredible.
The collector’s edition includes the base game inside a beautiful collection’s box with artwork designed by Kari Fry, a deluxe wooden standee, a wooden lapel pin that, according to the website, is made of the same eco-friendly wood as the standee, a 14-page Junimo comic by Chihiro Sakaida, a deed to your farm, with the paper made from 30% recycled straw, a soft cleaning cloth, and a bonus poster. Altogether, if you get the Stardew Valley Collector’s Edition for Switch, it comes up to $69. Pretty pricey, but totally worth it.
