Rainbow Game Jam returns 15-29th August 2020
Rainbow Game Jam is back for it’s fifth consecutive year this summer! The game jam will run from 15th August to 29th August, starting at 12am BST, and sign up’s are live now on itch.io.
Rainbow Game Jam was founded in 2016 by Steven Taarland and began as a social group for Scottish queer developers. The first jam was held in the summer of 2016 in Scotland and has been held annually since. Kirsty Fraser joined Steven as co-organiser from the 2017 edition onwards.
Since its humble beginning’s back in 2016, it’s been fantastic to see a growing collection of amazing games created and a fabulous community to go with it as well!

This year, Rainbow Game Jam are working in collaboration with Out Making Games (OMG), the UK video games industry network for the LGBTQ+ community.
