You Still Have Time to Support Racial Justice and Equality with this Itch.io Bundle

First released a little under a week ago, indie games website itch.io have pulled together over 700 games to form the Racial Justice and Equality bundle.

With this bundle, itch.io plan to donate proceeds to both the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund and Community Bail Fund – split 50/50. Each donation — with the minimum price being $5, will be helpful in the fight against racial injustices.

Racial injustice at the hands of white supremacy has been happening for decades, and the death of a black man, George Floyd, at the hands of cops, has only been the trigger event of a movement that has long since been brewing.

Understandably, a lot of gaming events have been put on hold in respect for the ongoing protests, so if you’re in desperate need for a gaming fix, consider donating to this bundle. You’ll get 742 items, and all of them can be downloaded whenever you want after purchasing the bundle.

Currently, the bundle sits at over 2 million dollars, with the next goal being 5 million. With 7 more days to go, we want to ask our readers to donate whatever they can, because black lives matter and every little thing you give can help.

Grab the Racial Justice and Equality bundle now on itch.io. If you don’t own a PC, consider getting it as a gift for your friends and spread the word as far and wide as you can.
