Xbox 20/20 offered first look at Series X gameplay and we picked our favourites

Microsoft debuted its new Xbox 20/20 feature which kicked off its monthly Inside Xbox show. This is now a regular feature which will continue for the rest of the year in the lead up to the launch of the Xbox Series X.

In a press release, Microsoft said: “COVID-19 has challenged us to rethink the way we come together to celebrate the important milestones in gaming. Xbox 20/20 is a way to engage, connect and celebrate with our global community about what is in store for the next generation of gaming. Every month of Xbox 20/20 will bring something different but will feature our biggest news about Xbox Series X, Xbox Game Studios, Xbox Game Pass and Project xCloud.”

This month’s Xbox 20/20 featured 13 game previews in total and we picked out the five which caught our eye.

As part of the show, Microsoft revealed that several of the games use its Smart Delivery feature. This clever thing allows you to download the version that matches your current hardware. This is going to save a lot of people a ton of money as you won’t have to upgrade your hardware right away to get the Series X versions of certain cross-gen games.
