Get lean and mean with Boot Camp Fitness

Christmas has come and gone, with the New Year slowly making its way towards us – along with several crates of food and bottles of alcohol. It’s a celebration after all. But don’t worry, if you’re looking to head on that diet train – which you don’t need to by the way, you all look great – then Boot Camp Fitness may be something for you to consider.

Releasing mid-April next year, Boot Camp Fitness is a game on Steam that focuses on helping you become fit in 2020. It includes over 200 exercise variations and a 100+ song playlist. There’s even a sense of competitiveness, as there are 13 ranks and 18 exercise locations to unlock.

There’s no need to worry about needing exercise equipment either, as you can do all these exercises without them. All we’d suggest is a work-out outfit, and an exercise mat to make yourself more comfortable.

Created by a single developer, Kevin Baker, Boot Camp Fitness doesn’t mess around with your time by requiring players to have VR or any other device to make it work. All you need is space and the motivation to try and make yourself healthier this year.

How it works is that you’ll be able to tailor the program to fit you and how many times you want to work out. The program will contain strength and cardio-based exercises, which you can choose to fit how you’re feeling on the day. For example, if you work out 3 times per week, just keep strength and core exercises enabled to get an all-round workout in.

New content will also be added in the future, such as new exercises that’ll mix things up.

Boot Camp Fitness releases on Steam on the 16th of April, 2020.

  • Thank you for reviewing my game. Great write up! 🙂

If anyone has any questions about the game I’d be happy to answer them. I have been working on making the graphics in the game sharper and have added some more features, such as stretching and flexibility on warm down and also an option to view exercise tips/instructions.

Wishing everyone a happy New Year 🙂
