Welcome back to another day of non-stop indies with today’s Gayming LIVE 2022 Indie Festivial Showcase.
If you enjoyed the diverse array of games during our first day of the showcase, then you’re going to love today. We’ve got roguelikes, visual novels, exploration and crafting games, and so much more. And all from developers from around the world!

The Hayseed Knight – Sandra Molina Juan
The Hayseed Knight is a fully voice acted visual novel where you’ll join a ragtag band of misfits as they try to piece together the story of how Ader, a one-eyed farmboy with seemingly impossible dreams, becomes the most celebrated knight the kingdom of Acazhor has ever known.

Frail Hearts: Versicorae Domlion – Ravenage
Frail Hearts: Versicorae Domlion is an old-school JRPG with a deep and mysterious storyline placed in the fictional dark city of Gris. In the game, you will explore the story of four troubled souls and kill the abominations that threaten the existence of reality itself.
Frail Hearts heavily focuses on love and acceptance but does so in a fairly gloomy setting full of terrible creatures which the player will face while exploring Gris. They are here to consume you, so there is not much of choice really. The comfort of turn-based combat allows for a tactical approach: take your time, find the enemy’s weakness and strike. Except you’ll never face the same enemy twice, so make sure to utilize all the abilities of your party members if you wish to prevail.

Lake – Gamious
Lake is a narrative adventure set in 1986 Oregon. Deliver mail, explore and reconnect to life in a small lake town. You take on the role of 40-something Meredith Weiss, who returns to her beautiful home town of Providence Oaks in Oregon. She exchanges her busy career job to temporary fill in for her dad, a mail carrier.
Meredith has an eventful two weeks. She meets lots of new people, gets into romances, helps prevent the construction of apartments, gets reconnected with her bff, rats or bails out a colleague, and gets pushed by her boss back home to recommit to her career job.
How will she experience two weeks in beautiful Providence Oaks, with its iconic lake and quirky community? And what will she do next? It’s up to you.

Have you ever longed for the days of Web 1.0 when you made faraway friends through forums, talked endlessly online, and spent hours tweaking your website to perfection?
Terranova is a nostalgic interactive fiction game set in the early 2000’s following four fangirls and their roleplay community on LimeJournal. Follow the lives of Ephemeralsmile, Cherrygoround and Sendaria as you chat them, befriend them, and discover yourself through a rich world of storytelling, love and friendship.

Sephonie – Analgesic Productions
In this story-driven 3D platformer, explore Sephonie Island’s massive cave network, and link with unidentified species using the novel Puzzle Grid system. Explore the island’s depths as shipwrecked biologists Amy, Ing-wen, and Riyou, whose personal histories come to bear on the shifting spiritual landscape of the island depths.
The trio will find their motivations and loyalties put to the test as they navigate Sephonie’s caverns, facing not only physical challenges but also their deepest memories and dreams. As they grow more intimate with each other and the island, an ancient force, brewing deep in the island’s abyss, may threaten their newfound relationship, and the world…

A story-driven game in which you express yourself with your emotions, embodied by tarot cards. Your choices will impact the world around you while you unlock new cards.
In a rich dark fantasy world, you are ripped from your home village and awaken on a warship alongside many prisoners, both elves and humans. As the adventure progresses, you will gain more and more power, until you finally break free. What will you do when you are free? Will you help others or enjoy the benefits of your position?

Newfound Courage – Cafe Empty
Newfound Courage Newfound Courage is a narrative focused action-adventure game about a gay hero who falls in love with his best friend while the world unravels around them.
Alex’s story starts in the strange cliffside town of Silverpine that is home to The Vault, a mysterious institute containing the knowledge of a long-dead civilisation. Alex must explore The Vault’s many mysteries and help the colourful townsfolk he meets along the way, while learning to understand and accept his feelings for another young man, Jake.

Schrodinger’s Catgirl – Spider Lily Studios
Schrodinger’s Catgirl is an adventure point-and-click visual novel, inspired by titles such as the Ace Attorney series, Resident Evil, and Until Dawn. Explore different rooms and floors in the manor with Lemi and Leon, finding more clues and evidence to build your case.
Time itself has fractured, and using the flash from her camera, Lemi is able to switch rooms between their past and present versions. The more they investigate, the more reality itself collapses— there are infinite possibilities for what really happened, with each combination of events leaving its own trail of evidence.

Virgo Versus The Zodiac – Moonana
Virgo Vs The Zodiac is a sci-fi/fantasy JRPG in which you play as an obsessed villain. The game features traditional turn-based combat with real-time execution of moves: blocking, countering and timing your attacks carefully as well as predicting your foes’ moves is essential to succeed in Virgo’s twisted and unforgiving cosmic quest to bring back the Golden Age, a period of peace, symmetry and balance, or so she thinks.
In this galaxy where every action means a reaction, you’ll play as Virgo, the Holy Queen, often called Dreadful Queen by heretics, bringing mayhem to the Zodiac Realms and leaving a trail of stardust on the way, all to fit her excessively righteous worldview.

Spirit Swap – Soft Not Weak
Samar is a young witch working the spirit-swapping night shift in the eastern outskirts of Demashq. A recent spike in spirits crossing over from another dimension breaks the chill atmosphere of their night shift. With a popular band scheduled to kick off their big comeback tour in Demashq, Samar needs to work quickly before the city is overrun with stans and spirits alike!

You’re the newest resident at Ye OLDE retirement community, where you’ll meet a cast of sexy seniors who are all dying (not literally) to meet you. It’s a lot like summer camp, but with orthopedic shoes, bridge clubs, and more jell-o. It’s an adjustment as you settle in, but who knows: maybe these will turn out to be the best years of your life!

Super Bearded Dragons – Greg Bayles
Bearded Dragons is a lightning-fast indie brawler that explores identity politics and gender expression through the tongue-in-cheek battles and cash-grabbing antics of bearded drag queens. Players face off in quick-pickup, samurai-style combat, using a variety of attacks and mobility techniques to best their opponents. For every hit landed or smash/kill secured, cash tips rain from the sky, and the player with the most money at the end of the round takes the crown.

Sword of the Necromancer – Grimorio of Games
Sword of the Necromancer is a dungeon-crawler action RPG with Rogue-like elements where you can revive your defeated enemies to make them fight alongside you.
