You can finally play Tales of Crestoria
Tales of Crestoria has been on a lot of fans mind since it was announced, especially with Tales of Arise, the other Tales game from Bandai Namco, having been delayed. After all, if you want to get at least some new Tales content in your life, the only answered seemed to be to play Tales of Crestoria.
Crestoria was released on both iOS and Apple devices yesterday, but wasn’t playable due to being under maintenance. Since then, the game has finally become available to play. So if you’ve already pre-loaded the game, you can get stuck right in.
Tales of Crestoria follows the adventures of Kanata, Misella and their companions, Vicious, Yuna, Orwin, and Aegis. There will be familiar characters in this game too, including Cress from Tales of Phantasia, Luke from Tales of Abyss, Milla from Tales of Xillia 1/2, as well as Velvet Crowe and Magilou from Tales of Berseria.
In other Tales news, Tales of Arise will no longer arise in 2020 due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. While moving remote hasn’t actively demolished the team’s work or pace, it has led to them needing more time before they can release the game.
At least we’ll have Tales of Crestoria to play with for the rest of the year.
