2024 Game Devs of Color Expo starts today
The ninth annual 2024 Game Devs of Color Expo (GDoCExpo), an event that celebrates and uplifts creators of color within the games industry, starts today at 1 p.m. PDT / 4 p.m. EDT and runs through to September 21.
The conference is organized by 501(c)(3) nonprofit Game Devs of Color, and features insightful discussions, panels, interviews, and game announcements from developers across the globe.
The event begins with the Game Devs of Color Expo Direct. This broadcast (full schedule here) features more than 30 exciting new game announcements and updates, and will be streamed on the GDoCExpo YouTube channel.
The Game Devs of Color Expo Steam Sale also kicks off today and runs until September 24, with hundreds of discounted games.
2024 GDoCExpo tickets are still available, including need-based affordable tickets at a discounted price.
Starting tomorrow, September 19, Game Devs of Color Expo will also kick off its first-ever in-person watch parties in Los Angeles, New York, and Bellevue.
