Vinegar Strokes brings the drama in Baldur’s Gate 3

Yet another celebrity is announced to be coming to Baldur’s Gate 3: the icon known as the wonderful Vinegar Strokes!

Vinegar Strokes is best known for her show-stopping appearance on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK – where she uttered the most iconic Kat Slater line from the UK soap, Eastenders and thrust herself to legendary status. But, as it turns out, when she’s not busy performing in West End musicals such as Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, she’s descending into the fantasy land of Faerun in Baldur’s Gate 3.

As revealed by Larian Studio’s latest community post, Vinegar Strokes will be taking on the role of a Baldur’s Gate 3 character named Lucretious.

Lucretious is described as being “the proud leader of an extraplanar circus filled with mummies, redcaps, djinni, dryads, elementals – you name it, she’s got it. She loves red wine, denying her employees paid holidays, and strives to be, above all else, utterly fabulous.”

Outside of her questionable job practices, we don’t know too much about Lucretious. But, considering that a fair chunk of this game will no doubt be in the city of Baldur’s Gate, we wouldn’t be surprised if we didn’t find her somewhere outside of the city’s gates.

Vinegar Strokes isn’t the only icon to join the Baldur’s Gate 3 cast, however. They’re joined by the likes of Maggie Robertson, whose best known for her incredible performance as Lady Dimitrescu in Resident Evil Village, as Orin the Red, JK Simmons as General Ketheric Thorm, and Jason Isaacs as Lord Enver Gortash.
