Become the galaxy’s gardener with The Fermi Paradox

Have you ever considered yourself as something of a gardener? Do you enjoy tending to things, making sure they get the right amount of care, the right amount of love to reach harmony? Then you’re going to love The Fermi Paradox.

Developed by Anomaly Games, The Fermi Paradox is a choice-based narrative game that lets you play God with the universe and all that inhabit it. For those of us out there who need some control in our lives, this game is the gift that just keeps on giving.

In this beautiful, sci-fi game players will come to understand that the universe is fragile – it needs a helping hand. Whether that be encouragement between two races bonding together, or a drastic push to intergalactic war. No matter what, each route of The Fermi Paradox will be different and exciting.

Here are just some of the features that you can expect from The Fermi Paradox:

  • Guide up to 10 civilisations in parallel, with many different, gorgeously designed alien species forming those civilisations. Will they perish, survive, or thrive under your direction?
  • Over a thousand choices that will alter the course of history – feel the consequences of your actions a millenia later.
  • Not every choice is big, you’ll tackle more personal, smaller challenges too, with starships and colonies bringing different narrative events and impacts.
  • Replay your intergalactic saga and make different choices to craft different endings

Developed with funding from diversity games fund WINGS Interactive, we’re invested in seeing just what inclusivity will be included in this game. With the inclusion of more personal stories that players can interact with, we hope to see some great things when the game is released this year.

If you’re interested, you can wishlist The Fermi Paradox over on Steam, where it’ll be releasing later in 2021.
