Tales of Arise development is in the final stages
It was only yesterday that we confirmed that Tales of Arise would be getting new information about its development and release in 2021, but since then more news about the upcoming Tales title has hit the web – news that could very well rejuvenate fans that are just desperate for some new content, gosh darn it.
Thanks to Famitsu and Gematsu we know that Tales series general producer, Yusuke Tomizawa, has more to say about the development of the upcoming Tales of Arise.
To put it simply, this is what information was revealed in Famitsu Weekly, helpfully translated by Gematsu.

- Development is currently in the final stages. The staff is working hard to improve the quality.
- Recovery from the chaos caused by the COVID-19 pandemic is also underway.

Tales of Arise being in the final stages of development is some very positive news, especially as there has yet to be a confirmed release date for the game. But if the development is so close to being finished, perhaps information about the new game will be sooner than we think.
Tales of Arise is set to – eventually – release on PC, Xbox One and PS4.
