Luigi’s Mansion 3 DLC is out now
Luigi’s Mansion 3 was something special all on its own, with writer Ed Nightingale stating that it was the game that he most enjoyed when we were covering EGX. With Luigi’s Mansion 3 DLC officially out in the open, we’re convinced that the game will still be on top form.
As Kotaku UK points out, this new content was supposed to release at the end of April but that has seemingly changed with it now being live. Well, we won’t complain, because more content for this quirky, fun game is never a bad thing.
But what does Luigi’s Mansion 3 DLC have on offer? A surprising amount, actually! The DLC pack is called ScareScraper and ScreamPark, which gives Luigi 3 new costumes for him to try on. These are Mummigi (very fetching), The Green Knight (we love a man in uniform), and Groovigi (thank you very much).
Alongside these very cool costumes, you’ll be given different maps and ghosts that relate to the costume that you have equipped. Meaning yes, you’ll get to kick some Mummy butt and show off your ghostly moves if you’re wearing the Mummigi costume and Groovigi costume.
3 new activities have also been included. Play against some ball-wielding ghouls in DodgeBrawl, dodge logs and collect coins while playing River Bank, and defeat ghosts in a Tricky Ghost Hunt that’ll have you skipping electricity and dodging attacks.
Sounds exciting, doesn’t it? But don’t take our word for it. Check out the official trailer below and make up your own mind on whether this DLC is worth picking up.
