Saints Row 4 is heading to Nintendo Switch
As you all know, we’ve got a bit of a soft spot for the Saints Row series. It’s a game that did what Cyberpunk is planning to do, all without the controversy: allowing you to pick who you are and not be defined by your gender. We can’t think of many other games that to do that.
Saints Row: The Third was only released on Nintendo Switch back in May last year, so to say that we’re shocked the sequel is coming out already is possibly the understatement of the century. Still, who are we to complain when Saints Row 4: Re-Elected is just so damn good?
The premise is simple. After the events of Saints Row: The Third, you are the President of the United States of America. Still with us? Good, because after a catastrophic alien invasion of Earth, led by the evil Overlord Zinyak, you and the rest of your gang, The Saints, have been transported to a bizarro-Steelport simulation and the only thing to survive is fight.
But don’t worry, you won’t be alone. You’ll be joined by new and old friends alike, as you team up to fight against Zinyak to save the world. After all, The Saints may not be the nicest people, but even they won’t put up with an alien invasion killing everyone.
Saints Row 4 on the Nintendo Switch comes with all 25 DLC packs, including the Dubstep Gun (Remix) Pack, the Presidential Pack, the Commander-In-Chief Pack, and two celebrated episodic story expansions: Enter The Dominatrix and How The Saints Save Christmas.
Saints Row 4: Re-Elected will be making its way to Nintendo Switch on the 27th March 2020.
