Amazon Customers buys Switch, condoms, tambourines and more arrives instead

With Black Friday over and done with, you wouldn’t be surprised to hear that a lot of people, particularly Amazon customers, took the opportunity to purchase one of the best consoles around: the Nintendo Switch. After all, who wouldn’t want one of these consoles for Christmas?

Well according to The Mirror, a dozen of Amazon customers did in fact, not receive their prized Nintendo Switch. As you would expect, this has led to numerous amounts of complaints towards the retail website, as well as questioning how this could have happened in the first place.

Amazon has said they are looking into this, and will offer refunds. However, some customers aren’t too happy that they have to pay the full price in the future.

Just one of the Black Friday bundles gone wrong…

We can’t blame them, who would want to pay the full price of a Nintendo Switch after they’ve invested in a discounted console? Not us!

The items that were sent to people range from condoms, a desk fan, and even Lego. All very cheap in comparison to a £300+ Nintendo Switch, wouldn’t you say?

According to The Mirror, an Amazon spokesman had this to say:

“We’re really sorry about that and are investigating exactly what’s happened. We’re reaching out to every customer who’s had a problem and made us aware so we can put it right.” They continued, “anyone who has had an issue with any order can contact our customer services team for help.”
