Protect the Book: New Super Lucky’s Tale Releases on Nintendo Switch November 2019

I had no idea there was another big fox character in video games besides Sonic the Hedgehog’s Tails, but here we are!

Playful Corp has officially announced the Nintendo Switch release date for New Super Lucky’s Tale, an expanded version of the 2017 game published exclusively on the XBox One. Run, Jump, climb, burrow and explore revamped worlds in New Super Lucky’s Tale, coming to the Nintendo Switch on 8 November 2019.

A 3D platform adventure, New Super Lucky’s Tale is the 2.0 sequel to the Oculus Rift’s Lucky Tale, originally released in 2016. The series follows Lucky, a heroic fox on a quest to help his sister protect The Book of Ages, which holds a universe full of fantastical characters. Jinx, a nefarious cat, along with his band of Kitty Litter fiends, wants to steal the book for his own evil purposes. Joined by his own zany bunch of allies, Lucky must confront Jinx in order to save two universes in this lighthearted but incredible journey.

Game features include open world and story arc gameplay; mini-games and mind-bending puzzles; hundreds of collectibles and rewards; and all new levels and dialogue not featured in the original XBox version.

A cute fox and a tribute to N64 titles? Count me in! New Super Lucky’s Tale is available on the Nintendo Switch 8 November 2019.
