Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical reveals release date
The Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical release date has proven elusive since its early concept in November, 2019.
Originally titled Chorus, the game from Summerfall Studios, with David Gaider, the lead writer of Dragon Age as Creative Director, was backed by over 6000 folks. Since then, the game has evolved from its humble beginnings, with a star-studded cast and composers working to create a musical for video game lovers and a video game for musical fans.
However, thanks to the latest live stream focusing on the musical roleplaying game that aired on April 13, we now know when players can sit down and enjoy Summerfall Studios’ debut game: August 3. Just a little under 4 months away.
Alongside the release date, the live stream revealed the full cast of Stray Gods, which included video game and TV/film legends such as Allegra Clark, Rahul Kohli, and Anthony Rapp.
Live performances of featured game songs, including “Adrift: Part One,” “Adrift: Part Two“ and “Challenging a Queen” were also included.
But most excitingly of all was the unveiling of a brand new trailer, which you can see for yourself below.
Stray Gods: The Roleplaying Musical will be released on August 3, 2023 on Steam.
